Why the company exists
Small and mid-sized businesses accumulate administrative work faster than they accumulate the headcount to handle it. The usual responses are to let it slide, to push it onto people whose time is better spent elsewhere, or to hire someone before the workload really justifies a salary.
We provide the alternative: a contracted, scoped, fixed-cost arrangement where defined work gets done to a known standard, and the cost scales with the volume rather than with a payroll.

Our position on what we will not take on
We turn down work that falls outside the six service categories we publish. We are a business support provider, not a general consultancy, and we do not take on legal, accounting, regulatory, or IT security work that should sit with a qualified professional.
If a scoping call establishes that what you need is outside our scope, we will say so on the call rather than stretching a proposal to fit.
