What we do

Our services

Three services: temporary workers when demand moves, outsourced HR administration, and the administration around each pay run. Take one, or take all three under a single agreement.

01 — Service

Temporary staffing

Cover for short-term, seasonal and fluctuating demand, without taking on a permanent hire.

We supply temporary workers to employers who need to flex their headcount up for a period and then back down again. You tell us the role, the volume, the shift pattern and the dates; we source against that specification, complete the pre-assignment checks, and manage the administration for as long as the booking runs.

Included

  • Sourcing and screening against your written role specification
  • Right to work verification before the assignment starts
  • Assignment paperwork, including the Key Information Document each worker is entitled to
  • Booking confirmation, shift scheduling and start-date coordination
  • Cover arranged where a booked worker does not attend

How we charge: an agreed margin on top of the worker's cost, charged per hour or per shift, or a fixed fee for a defined booking. The basis and the amount are set out in writing before the assignment starts.

02 — Service

HR function support

The recurring people administration every employer has to run, handled to your documented procedure.

Most HR workload is not decision-making. It is records that have to stay accurate, paperwork that has to be issued on time, and processes that have to run the same way every month. That is the part we take on. Decisions about your people stay with you; we run the administration that sits underneath them.

Included

  • Employee and worker record maintenance in your existing HR system
  • Offer, contract and variation documentation prepared from your approved templates
  • Onboarding and leaver administration, including checklists and document collection
  • Absence, attendance and holiday entitlement recording
  • Right to work document filing and expiry monitoring

How we charge: a fixed monthly fee for an agreed scope of recurring work, or a fixed fee for a defined one-off piece such as a records clean-up or a template rebuild. Agreed in writing before work begins.

03 — Service

Payroll administration

The administration around each pay run: coordination, checking and records, not financial advice.

Payroll goes wrong in the administration around it far more often than in the calculation itself — a timesheet that never arrived, a leaver processed a week late, a rate change nobody passed on. We handle that layer, for the workers we supply and for your own employees, so each pay run starts from data that has already been checked.

Included

  • Timesheet collection, checking against booked hours, and query resolution
  • Gross pay preparation at your agreed rates, including overtime and shift premiums
  • Starter and leaver processing, including the documents each requires
  • Recording of absence, statutory payment and deduction data for each pay run
  • Payslip distribution to workers and employees

How we charge: a fixed fee per pay run, or a fixed monthly fee for an agreed volume and frequency. Where payroll administration forms part of a staffing or HR arrangement it is normally included in that fee. Agreed in writing before work begins.
