Welcome to TechLexiq Ltd
TechLexiq Ltd is a business support services provider based in Birmingham. We take on the recurring administrative, data handling, and systems work that companies need completed accurately and on schedule, but do not want to hire permanent staff to do.
Every engagement runs under a written service agreement with a defined scope, a named point of contact, and an agreed turnaround time. We charge either a fixed monthly retainer or a fixed project fee, agreed in writing before work begins.

Pricing
We want this to be plain, because a lot of service companies are vague about it. TechLexiq Ltd earns revenue in three ways, and only these three:
The majority of our income. A client contracts for an agreed volume of support hours or an agreed scope of recurring work each month, at a fixed monthly fee. Billed monthly in advance.
One-off pieces of work with a defined deliverable and end point, such as a data migration or a records clean-up. Quoted as a single fixed fee against a written scope, invoiced in agreed stages.
Additional work requested outside an agreed retainer scope, charged at our published hourly rate and approved in writing before it starts.
How it works
Five stages, from the first call to the quarterly review. Nothing starts before you have accepted a written scope.
Scoped monthly retainers
Who it is for
We built TechLexiq for small and mid-sized UK businesses that have more administrative work than the team can absorb, but not enough to justify a permanent hire.
The pattern is consistent: order processing and data entry get pushed onto people whose time is worth more elsewhere, records fall behind, and reporting becomes a monthly scramble. Hiring is the obvious fix, but a salary, National Insurance, holiday cover, and management time are a heavy commitment for work that fluctuates.
A scoped retainer sits between those two options. Defined work gets done to a known standard, at a cost that tracks the volume rather than the payroll.
Where we fit
Each engagement is scoped against your actual workflow rather than a sector template.
